New York City (Manhattan):
The New York City (Manhattan) criminal court is located at 100 Centre Street, New York, NY 10013, just a few blocks from our law office.
The US District Court for the Southern District of New York, where New York federal crimes are prosecuted, is also located nearby at 500 Pearl Street, New York, NY 10007. This court also presides over federal crimes allegedly committed in the boroughs of New York City.

Brooklyn:
New York State crimes allegedly committed in Brooklyn (also known as Kings County) are prosecuted by the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. This office is commonly referred to as the Brooklyn DA’s Office.
All state crimes are heard at the Kings County Criminal Court, also known as the Brooklyn Criminal Court, located at 120 Schermerhorn Street, Brooklyn near Livingston Street & Smith Street.
Brooklyn has over 2.5 million residents and is home to a diverse population. There are areas of Brooklyn, like East New York, that are known for their high violent crime rate.
Bronx:
The Bronx District Attorney’s Office is responsible for prosecuting state crimes committed in the Bronx.
The Bronx County Criminal Court is located at 215 East 161st Street, Bronx, NY, between Sherman and Sheridan Avenues. All New York State crimes allegedly committed in the Bronx are prosecuted at the Bronx County Criminal Court.
The Bronx is approximately 42 square miles and densely populated with over 1.3 million residents. The Bronx, compared to other NY Burroughs, has a high crime rate and poverty level.
Queens:
The Queens County DA’s Office is responsible for prosecuting crimes brought on behalf of the state in Queens County.
The Queens County Criminal Court is located in Kew Gardens at 125-01 Queens Boulevard, Kew Gardens, NY 11415.
