NEW YORK — Two witnesses and a juror in the trial of a man convicted of murdering a retired police officer express doubt about the man’s guilt in an upcoming TV investigation.
Jon-Adrian Velazquez is fighting his conviction in the 1998 shooting, a cause that counts actor Martin Sheen among Velazquez’s supporters.
